How requests work
Every AI Employee works inside your boundaries. It drafts for review — it does not send on its own. It qualifies before it escalates — it does not pretend to know. It produces an audit trail for everything it touches.
For Lex, that means a human lawyer signs every material decision. For Sage and Research, the same principle will hold: a human reviews the work product before it leaves the system.
