AI Sales · Sage

Sage will take on the inbox, CRM, and follow-up cycle around your sales team — so they spend their hours closing, not bookkeeping. On our public roadmap. Honest about not being shipped yet.

What we are building

A sales operations colleague, not a closer.

Sage is in our roadmap. It is not a product you can buy today, and we will not pretend otherwise. The page you are reading is the working brief — the role we intend Sage to play, the kinds of work it should do, and the boundaries we will not cross.

If the shape below solves a problem you have, tell us. That is exactly the kind of signal we need before Sage reaches your business.

Working name · Sage

Sage is a placeholder internal name. We will keep it when the employee launches, unless our customers point us to a better one.

Until then, expect the name to appear in our roadmap posts and in any pilot agreements you sign.

Who it will be for

SME sales teams buried in inbox and CRM upkeep.

The first version of Sage will be designed around European SMEs of 10 to 250 employees who already do real sales work, but spend a quarter of their week on data entry and chasing replies.

  • SME sales teams of 10–250 employees handling 20+ opportunities a month
  • B2B services and agencies whose pipeline is too thin to justify a sales-ops hire
  • Hospitality, retail, and professional services businesses with mixed inbound and repeat-customer flows

Planned output

What a finished Sage should produce on a typical week.

The list below is the brief we are writing to. It is not a delivery date, and it is not a marketing metric — it is the work we expect Sage to be good at before we put it in front of a paying customer.

  • A short qualification summary on a new inbound lead, before a human opens the inbox
  • A personalised follow-up draft, written from the lead's context and your recent replies
  • A clean CRM record — contact enriched, stage updated, next step logged — without sales-team edits
  • A weekly digest of which leads went cold and which opportunities moved forward
  • A first-draft reply to the common objections your team keeps answering manually
Boundaries

What Sage will not do, even when it ships.

AI Sales tools get a lot of leeway from buyers. We will not. The four lines below are non-negotiable for Sage regardless of how capable the underlying model becomes.

  • Sage drafts and flags; a human salesperson sends every external message
  • Nothing gets marked "qualified" or "lost" on its own — your team makes the call
  • Sage will not replace your sales conversations. It will keep the inbox, the CRM, and the follow-ups honest
  • No cold outreach will be sent without an explicit human-approved prompt list, per customer policy

Help us decide if Sage is worth building first.

If the shape of Sage above solves a real problem for you, we would like to hear how you work today. Your context shapes what we build next — and who we talk to when we pilot.
